  • The abstract must be submitted before January 31, 2018.

  • Early bird registration fee is 5500 JPY (6500 JPY after March 11).

  • The conference dinner (after excursion) is not included in the registration fee. The cost is 3000 JPY.

  • Any requests for accompanying person or dietary requirements can be communicated through the inquiry form below.

  • If  you need an invitation letter for your visa application, please contact us in time on your responsibility.
